Program Specialist
Overview:
The Program Specialist is responsible for assuring that quality and documentation standards meet Friendship Community and State Regulations. The Program Specialist oversees a caseload of 20-30 individuals we serve here at Friendship Community to ensure that each individual's ISP (Individualized Support Plan) is not only created, but implemented, documented, and re-assessed when appropriate.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement Individualized Support Plans per State Regulation
- Participate in ISP meetings
- Facilitate and maintain documentation for tracking ISP Outcomes
- Coordinate trainings for Direct Support Professionals and Residential Managers
- Identify and submit funding or increased supervision requests for Individuals with identified needs
Requirements:
- A master's degree and one-year paid relevant experience
- A bachelor's degree and two-years paid relevant experience
- An associate's degree or sixty credits and four years paid experience
