What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor #M09 position at Friendship Community Care, Inc?
Friendship Community Care is seeking a Site Supervisor that will be an integral part of the daily operations of the facility. This person will be the point of contact for consumers and other staff members while on duty. Will also work closely with management to ensure that the operations of the facility are in compliance with all regulations and should be focused on the well-being and achievement of goals for the individuals we serve. This person will set an example for all staff members at the facility and be a mentor for new staff members.
This is a safety-sensitive position. HSD/GED required. Must be able to pass background checks/drug screen and maintain a clean driving record along with a valid AR driver’s license and reliable transportation with state minimum liability insurance. Training is provided.
Hours: Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm
Pay: $13.00/hour
