What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAINTENANCE SUPPORT position at Friendship Community Care, Inc?
Responds to the general maintenance needs of the entire FCC organization. Performs widely varied tasks to ensure that FCC buildings and vehicles are maintained in proper condition. Makes both scheduled and unscheduled repairs of all types. To include lawncare, routine plumbing and electrical, minor repairs on vehicles and moving furniture. Desired applicant should have good time management skills and be able to to complete required paperwork.
This is a safety sensitive position. HSD/GED required. Must be able to pass background checks/drug screen and maintain a clean driving record along with a valid AR driver’s license.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: TBD
