About Us:
FriendshipABA is part of Friendship Circle of Cleveland, a community that supports children with disabilities and their families. We’re launching ABA services in a warm, supportive, and community-minded environment.
Role:
We are looking for motivated and caring therapists to support children with developmental disabilities in a fun, engaging summer camp environment. Our therapists work directly with children throughout their camp day, helping them build social, communication, behavioral, and daily living skills through natural interactions and experiences. The days are filled with games, activities, community outings, field trips, and opportunities for children to learn alongside their peers.
Summer Camp Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
June 8 – August 14
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to a child in a summer camp setting
- Implement behavior support strategies under BCBA supervision
- Facilitate social interaction and participation in group activities
- Support children during community outings and field trips
- Collaborate with a fun, supportive team dedicated to helping kids succeed

Requirements:
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and motivated to learn.
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible part-time and full-time options.
- $18–25/hour depending on experience and training.
