Friendship Ark is currently seeking a flexible, positive, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their schedule, building relationships with multiple individuals, and supporting adults with disabilities in living meaningful, community-connected lives.

What You’ll Do:
- Support individuals with daily living skills and routines
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Assist with recreational and leisure activities
- Build positive relationships and provide role modeling
- Follow service plans, policies, and safety procedures
Schedule:
- Sunday through Thursday
- Includes some evening activities
- Hours vary by day

- Interest in community-based and day programming services
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required
- Ability to obtain required certifications (including medication administration) within 90 days
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with team support as needed)
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
