Position Overview: This position will work closely with the Director of Enrollment Management to oversee the day-to-day work of the Admission Office and assist with the financial aid program. This role is a full-time, 12-month position. The Associate will also be directly responsible for the admission process for all prospective Grades 6-8 families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm all parent and student interviews, as well as shadow days, for Middle School visitors.
- Conduct prospective middle school student and parent interviews
- Serve as main point of contact for all Middle School student visitors, including greeting guests, pairing visitors with their student hosts, providing details for the visit, and checking in throughout the visit.
- Coordinate/collaborate with US Admission Associate for student visit hosts/Ambassadors.
- Data entry for inquiries, interviews, and completion of admission files.
- Assist/lead campus tours in Middle School
- Assist with admission assessments and testing
- Serve on the Middle School Admission Committees and other various committees across campus.
- Participate in admission events, including open houses, school fairs, recruitment, student-to-student events, retention activities, and the annual admission welcome celebration.
- Other duties as assigned
- Foster a positive customer service experience through empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; experience in admissions or school life work is desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexibility and team player
Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
