Position Summary
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support to residents in a team-oriented environment. This role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs; report changes in condition
- Provide meal assistance and support with daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and resident orientation
- Respond promptly to call lights and perform routine well-checks
- Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- Current HHA (required)
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
