Organization Description
Friends of Guest House helps women successfully reenter the community from incarceration. Since 1974, Guest House has assisted over 5,400 women in breaking the cycle of incarceration, reuniting with their families, and reintegrating into their communities. Each year, Guest House supports over 300 reentering women by providing housing, employment, healthcare, education, and family reconnection services across core programs, including: Residential, Aftercare, Outreach, and Peer Support Services: Individual and group counseling, classes, and mentoring delivered by certified specialists with lived experience.

What You’ll Do
The Case Manager works as part of the client management team to facilitate all client engagement and case file maintenance, along with individualized treatment planning and implementation. You’ll:
- Provide one-on-one case management services to residents, including advocacy, information, and referral services (e.g., employment, housing, social services) (average case load of 10 residential clients)
- Maintain bi-weekly case notes and weekly progress notes
- Maintain case files and other required documentation
- Regularly identify and maintain relationships with new employment, housing, medical, and other community resources
- Communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders as part of a resident’s treatment team (e.g., Probation Officers, Resident Specialists, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
You're a compassionate, trauma-informed Case Manager who brings strong clinical judgment and deep respect for justice-involved women. You're someone who can provide structured, gender-responsive support while empowering clients to rebuild their lives with stability, dignity, and long-term success. You bring:
- A Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a human services setting assisting at-risk populations, ideally with a focus on reentry, recovery, and trauma-informed care.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication abilities—interpersonal, written, and presentation.
- A deep commitment to social justice and the empowerment of women.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
