Starting Pay: $18.93/hour
About the Role:
Friends of Cyrus II is a mission-driven organization providing high-quality care
and support to adults with developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support
Professional (DSP), you’ll play a key role in helping individuals live
meaningful, independent lives by assisting with daily living activities, personal
care, medication, and community integration.
DSP positions are located in day habilitation/ volunteer centers and
community residential settings.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking compassionate, dependable team players who are committed

Requirements:
● High school diploma or GED (transcript or diploma required)
● Must be 18 with a valid driver’s license
● Must pass required background checks including NJ Central Registry,
Motor Vehicle Records, fingerprinting, drug screen, employment
physical, and TB / Mantoux test
