Accounting & Admin Assistant
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our management to support the firm’s accounting operations and assist with special projects that drive the success of our organization.
· Organize and manage financial records.
· Collect & audit receipts for 50 credit/debit card
· Assist with Purchasing
· Respond to staff inquiries on their card balance
· Handle credit card statement reconciliations
· Assist with all other administrative work
· Assist payroll with special projects as needed
· Partner with the management on strategic initiatives and firm-wide projects
· Contribute to unique and complex tasks that require critical thinking and adaptability.
Wage Rate $29/hour.
