We’re hiring an Account Supervisor at Friends & Neighbors.
Friends & Neighbors is a strategic creative brand and marketing agency built on a simple belief: a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world.
As the agency continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced account leader to help strengthen client relationships and protect momentum and flow across the work.
What you’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day client communication and relationships
- Drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across projects
- Translate strategy into actionable work
- Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
This role is designed as a critical executional leadership position within the agency.
It is not intended to be:
- A junior support role
- A strategic leadership role responsible for defining direction
- A project management role
Who you are:
- 5–7 years in agency or marketing account management (agency experience preferred)
- Highly organized, proactive, and confident with clients
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and relationships at once, without requiring constant senior oversight
- A strong collaborator who brings calm and clarity under pressure
Location & details:
- Full-time role
- Location flexible, with expectations for collaboration and key meetings in Minneapolis
- Competitive compensation based on experience
