JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Sales Counselor
Department: Administration
Supervised by: Sales and Marketing Director
Supervises: Non-supervisory position
Friends House, a premier senior residential community, is expanding and currently seeking a Sales Counselor to join the growing, dynamic Sales and Marketing team. Successful candidates will be responsible for contributing to, and achieving, the team sales goals by selling to assigned leads through presentations to future residents, family members, financial advisors and other influencers.
Interpersonal relationship skills, along with the ability to effectively track, cultivate, and close leads is paramount. Experience with sales software systems a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Duties include handling telephone inquiries, managing a database of leads, sharing information about the community, touring and advising potential residents, and showing the community’s positive advantages and attributes. Must enjoy working with others to create and maintain an inviting and welcoming community to guests and residents.
