Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls with precision and consistency.

Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to restaurant standards.

Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to deliver smooth and efficient operations.

Assist in menu development and new roll creation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of sushi chef experience preferred.
