Summary
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) serves as a key member of the Human Resources Department. The (HRM) with The HR Director serves the dual role of employee advocate and management liaison with employees. The HRM must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the Hospital. The HRM is responsible for HR functions that include but are not limited to: employment process, recruiting for vacant positions, orientation, training, compensation, and other employee services. The HRM also manage the HR staff with supervision of the HRD. The HRM with the The HR Director functions as a consultant with Hospital management for helping with employee relations matters. The HRM with The HR Director follows up on employee accidents, keeps in constant contact with Corporate Loss Control.
Job Duties:
- Joint Commission and OMHSAS experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong computer background and familiarity with recruitment techniques in healthcare,
- Human Resources database software; benefits administration; specific knowledge of the day to day operation of Human Resources Department;
- Employment law knowledge essential.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is Human Resource or related field required,
- 3 Years of Human Resources experience
