Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to support a one-day community outreach effort on Election Day. Staff will be stationed at designated locations to engage with the public, distribute informational materials, and help ensure a positive and organized experience.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute flyers and informational materials to individuals in high-traffic areas
- Politely engage with community members and answer basic questions
- Represent the organization in a professional and respectful manner
- Follow location assignments and scheduling instructions
- Report any issues or concerns to team leads
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods
- Prior outreach, customer service, or event experience is a plus (not required)
Additional Details:
- Brief training/orientation will be provided
- Materials will be supplied
- Comfortable attire and weather-appropriate clothing recommended
- Need to bring own chair.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
