Duties
- Assist with the movement of furniture, luggage, packages, or supplies within the facility
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, entrances, and parking lots
- Support maintenance staff by reporting repairs needed in public spaces or facilities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper signage and hazard prevention
- Help with event setup or breakdown as needed to facilitate smooth operations
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, or lift items for extended periods throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and security awareness
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Valid identification and legal authorization to work in the designated location
