We're looking for a Certified Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team at Friends and Family Dental. The ideal candidate wants to serve the community of East Providence, has completed the Dental Assisting National Board Exam (DANB) and has active certification. Our dental assistants are responsible for taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, fabricating temporaries, digital scanning, tracking clinical records and some lab work.
We are a modern high tech office with all new equipment: we use Trios digital scanners, CBCT 3D imaging, all digital record keeping, needle free electronic anesthesia, 3D printed appliances, clear aligners, and more.
We are Mercury free and Mercury safe office - this means we abide by OSHA safety standards to keep our team protected from Mercury vapor when we remove broken amalgam fillings. RI OSHA has tested and verified that our safety protocols and equipment are keeping our team safe

Full Time, 5 days per week
Monday-Thursday 9-5
Friday 8-1
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:
- Dental assisting: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) (Required)
- X-Ray Certification (Required)
