The Role - Front of the House

Do you love making people smile? We are looking for energetic and friendly individuals to join our Front of House team. Whether you are crafting iconic ice cream sundaes at the Fountain or providing top-tier service as a Server, you will be the heart of our guest experience in Rehoboth Beach.

What You’ll Do

• The Fountain Experience: Master the art of building perfect sundaes, milkshakes, and desserts.
• Guest Service: Guide guests through our menu, take accurate orders, and ensure every family has a memorable dining experience.
• Hospitality: Greet every guest with a genuine smile and maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere in the dining room.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with the kitchen and grill team to ensure food is served fresh and on time.
• Cleanliness: Keep the fountain area and dining stations organized, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing Personality: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and working in a team.
• Speed & Accuracy: You can handle a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to provide great service.
• Flexibility: Available to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings during our busy season.
• Experience: Previous experience as a server or in an ice cream/cafe setting is a plus, but we provide full paid training!

The Role - Heart of the House ($17)

What You’ll Do

• The Setup: Execute daily prep tasks (chopping, portioning, and preparing sauces) to ensure the line is stocked and ready for service.
• The Grill: Take charge of the Main Grill, cooking our signature burgers, melts, and entrees to perfection and following exact specifications.
• The Flow: Maintain a high speed of service while keeping food quality and presentation consistent.
• The Standards: Follow all food safety (HACCP) guidelines, keep your station sanitized, and ensure a clean workspace for the whole team.
• The Support: Collaborate with the back-of-house crew to manage ticket times and ensure every guest has a great meal.
• Experience: Previous experience on a commercial grill or in food prep is a major plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a great attitude.
• Speed: Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
