Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PDI / Entry Level Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery by performing a variety of inspection, cleaning, and detailing tasks, as well as entry level mechanic work. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in Powersports detailing, maintenance, and mechanics within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Your focus will be on ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety before it reaches the customer and Maintaining a clean and organized shop area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or necessary repairs during the pre-delivery inspection process
- Perform vehicle exterior washing and interior cleaning, ensuring a professional finish
- Entry level and light mechanical repairs
- Maintenance services including tires and oil changes
- Assisting with unloading trucks, and learning to operate fork lift
- Keeping the shop and parking area clean and organized
- Support heavy lifting activities related to moving or positioning vehicles or equipment as needed while following safe work practices
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of standard powersports operation and familiarity with vehicle features
- Ability to follow safe work practices consistently in a busy environment.
- Prior experience with auto detailing or mechanical experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Comfortable working around machinery and equipment
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts
- A positive attitude toward assisting team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; driving experience preferred

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
