Restorative Aide Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
- Monitor and record patients' progress and report changes to the healthcare team.

- Support patients in performing daily tasks to restore independence.
- Transport patients to various therapy sessions within the facility.
- Educate patients and families on the recovery process and home exercises.

Restorative Aide Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in rehabilitation or therapy settings.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic patient care techniques.
- Familiarity with patient care documentation processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a nursing assistant or related certification program.
