Job Title: Assistant Regional Property Manager (Bilingual Highly Preferred)

We are seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties, with an opportunity to be trained as a Regional Property Manager. The role involves managing operations, financials, staff, and marketing for assigned communities. The first 90 days (about 3 months) will include training in leadership before taking on a regional portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Oversee up to 500 units across multiple properties.
Manage financials, set performance goals, and ensure community performance.
Train staff on policies, leasing, and property software.
Lead efforts in marketing, safety, and maintenance to reduce vacancies.
Maintain professional relationships with ownership, vendors, and inspectors.
Promote a collaborative work environment among community personnel.
Conduct daily inspections for maintenance and safety.
Coordinate and evaluate the overall profitability and direction of communities under supervision.
Requirements:
5 years of property management experience in multi-family housing.
Experience with Yardi software (required).
Proven leadership skills and a record of meeting/exceeding performance goals.
Property management software experience (Yardi preferred).
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and independent initiative.
Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to relocate within the Southwest US (a plus).
