Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the daily upkeep of the property, ensuring that apartment units, building exteriors, and common areas meet our high standards. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance. The role requires being "on-call" with reliable transportation and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of building maintenance technicians.
Assist in the completion of make-ready units and maintain an adequate supply of ready units for the community.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair minor issues in HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and drywall.
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
Conduct minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
Inspect property for safety hazards, take corrective action, and inform the Service Supervisor of any potential risks.
Share on-call duties with the service team, ensuring availability to respond when needed.
Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents and team members.
Monitor and manage inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
Adhere to and promote residential safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
Ability to work on-call as needed.
General knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, and OSHA standards.
Strong knowledge of building systems and service orientation.
Basic computer skills required for reporting and documentation.

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Pay:
$26.00 - $34.00/hour (DOE)
