Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, creative and data driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for our Ford dealership. This individual will coordinate with our existing marketing partners, oversee digital ad performance, manage internal campaigns and ensure consistent brand visibility across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Facebook marketing, Google Ads and carousel ads
- Create and launch in-house campaigns for inventory pushes or service specials
- Manage email marketing for sales and service; build and track campaigns
- Create and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Audit and improve website SEO and lead conversion
- Track and analyze campaign performance with weekly and monthly reports
- Collaborate with department managers to identify marketing opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 2 years of marketing experience (Automotive preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM email tools
- Basic SEO and Google Analytics knowledge
- Strong writing and design sense (Canva, photoshop, etc)
- Ability to create videos for social media
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
