Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for cleanliness and detail. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flat-rate pay ensures the more vehicles you detail, the more money you make.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing.
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Conduct window tinting services as needed.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, vacuumed, and free of debris.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Assist with custodial duties as required to maintain the overall appearance of the facility.
Skills
- Proficiency in car wash techniques and detailing processes.
- Experience with buffing tools and techniques for vehicle polishing.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable driving skills with a valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in custodial work is a plus but not required.
