What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, all-around HR role supporting our team from hire to retire. You’ll manage day-to-day HR operations while helping build a positive, engaging workplace culture.
- Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and benefits
- Manage recruiting and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
- Support employee relations and workplace concerns
- Coordinate performance reviews and training
What You Bring
- 2 years of HR experience (retail/service environment a plus)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
- Experience with HR/payroll systems (Paylocity a plus)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
