What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN Home Care Nurse position at Friendly Care, Inc.?
Well established non-medical home care agency is looking for per-diem RN/LPN in the Provincetown, Wellfleet, Truro, and Cape Cod area for home visits. We work with clients of all ages and backgrounds who need assistant with activities of daily living.
Qualified candidate manages and directs non-medical home care services to meet the needs of individual within the home setting.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
-Performs initial assessment of client to determine home care needs.
-Initiates the plan of care based on client’s needs.
-Performs supervisory visits to assess performance of Home Health Aides.
-Assess client’s condition during every visit, monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in clients' condition
Qualification:
-Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
-Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse or LPN in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong interpersonal and customer service and ability to work with a diverse population
-excellent time management skill
-Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is in accordance with state requirements
-Travel required
