Essential Duties:
- Provide general administrative support including accurate customer account records and organization. Enter all jobs into system, updating files as needed
- Sell and close sales on a project-oriented basis
- Learn with the ability to demonstrate and present promotional sales product facts, information and data
- Assist multiple customers in a friendly, efficient and effective manner
- Determine scope of services required Kitchen and Bath projects. Manage all aspects of project from initial contact through project completion, including: identifying customers’ goals and expectations; developing designs; generating construction drawings and creating specifications; obtaining pricing and producing quotes; placing and monitoring orders; overseeing delivery and installation and addressing any after sale customer service and accounting issues
- Effectively communicate detailed measure, installation professional and design consultation policies, collect fees and send info to appropriate individual for scheduling
- Provide information for all Special-Order items including: Stock, Semi-Custom and Custom cabinet lines, Deco Plumbing (faucets, fixtures, vanities, tubs, showers, pans, wall systems, glass enclosures), countertops, tile, flooring, lighting
- Generate quote, customer order and purchase order for all In-Stock and Special-Order items
- Work with Warehouse and Vendors to track and communicate order status to customers throughout project.
- Maintain product knowledge for Kitchen and Bath including: cabinetry, countertops, tile, stone, faucets, fixtures, hardware, accessories and lighting; keeping current with Product Knowledge
- Perform Point of Sale system transactions
- Maintain price books, samples, literature hand-outs, selling centers and displays
- Maintain Special Order signage on displays, ensuring displays are signed and info and pricing on signs is current, including any promo signage
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time, while providing exceptional customer service and timely follow through in a fast-paced environment
- All other duties as assigned by manager
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). College degree in related field preferred
- Up to 1 year previous sales and design experience in a fast-paced customer focused retail setting with direct customer interaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a non-exempt position, Monday through Friday.
