Marketing & Business Development Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Support firmwide marketing and business development initiatives to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on pitches, proposals, presentations, and client development efforts.
- Coordinate marketing communications, including content creation, digital marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Manage website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels while tracking performance metrics.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact management systems, and business development resources.
- Prepare reports and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and support decision-making.
- Ensure consistency across marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of marketing and/or business development experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Experience supporting business development initiatives, client-facing projects, and strategic marketing programs.
- Strong writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms, including CRM and content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholder groups.
