Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be capable of drafting complex motions, handling court appearances, and working closely with clients, court personnel, and opposing parties. This full-time, exempt position and is expected to work out of our Baltimore office . The standard schedule is 38 hours per week, with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays, with flexibility to work a hybrid-remote schedule after 90 days of successful employment in good-standing with the firm.
Oversee and mentor support staff, providing guidance on tasks related to legal documentation and client communication.
JD from an accredited law school;
~ Experience with mortgage foreclosure law, secured transactions, FDCPA, state and federal consumer protection laws, and general commercial litigation preferred;
~ Superb legal analysis, legal writing and editing ability
~ Leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff
