The Position
Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking an appearance attorney to cover a wide range of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction related appearances. We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, who will bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow alongside the firm. Willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Appear on a wide range of default services court appearances including bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction related matters
- Frequent client contact
- Management of numerous legal matters and assignments including but not limited to settlement negotiations and litigated matters
Qualifications
- Positive energy and confidence
- Superior public speaking skills
- Admission to New York, plus if you're admitted in NJ or PA
- Admission to or willingness to waive into corresponding district courts

- Ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and proficiently
