Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Responsibilities

• Grounds maintenance and caring for exterior of buildings.
• Housekeeping and janitorial tasks
• Other general maintenance duties as necessary
  
  

Qualifications

• One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed
• Must have basic set of tools
• Be responsible and reliable
• Have a positive and professional attitude
