Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Surgical and Restorative Assistant to join our growing dental practice OneSolution Dental Implants Centers. This role supports the clinical team by delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining a safe and organized clinical environment, and ensuring efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and passionate about patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up operatories for surgical and operative procedures
- Efficiently turn over rooms between patients
- Greet, seat, and comfort patients; obtain required consents
- Stock and restock operatories with instruments and supplies
- Sterilize instruments and operatories in compliance with OSHA and CDC standards
- Monitor schedule changes and procedure flow to prioritize tasks
- Take and scan dental radiographs using office equipment
- Complete accurate and timely clinical charting
- Assist dentists during surgical and general dental procedures
- Perform laboratory tasks, including pouring models and fabricating whitening trays
- Prepare and submit cases to dental labs, ensuring accurate documentation and turnaround times
- Maintain active CPR certification
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Dentist or Practice Administrator
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from a dental assisting program or equivalent on-the-job training
- X-ray certification
- Active CPR certification
- 3 years of dental assisting experience
- Surgical experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable, timely, and accurate
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Job Type: Full-Time Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday and Friday.
