We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering appliances safely and efficiently to customer locations, performing professional installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. We do not require past experience in the appliance industry. We require a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles such as box trucks to transport appliances to customer sites.
- Execute precise appliance deliveries, ensuring products arrive undamaged and on schedule.
- Install appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC units according to manufacturer specifications and schematics.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble and connect appliances correctly.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections during delivery and installation processes to adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with inventory management of tools and equipment necessary for field service operations.
