Finishing/Coating Machine Operator

Location: Mills River, NC
Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, plus 12% shift differential
Schedule: 12-hour rotating day and night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Operate finishing and coating equipment safely and efficiently.

• Produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.

• Monitor product quality and report safety concerns or process issues.

• Cross-train in different production areas and develop new skills.

• Assist with material handling and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed.

• Communicate effectively with team members during shift changes.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

• Basic computer skills and ability to complete digital data entry and reports.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to cross-train and learn new processes.

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay and Schedule

• $20.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Additional 12% shift differential.

• Full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts.
