What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant/ House Manager position at Friday Personal Assistants?
About Friday
Friday Personal Assistants connects exceptional personal assistants with busy professionals and families who need more than a task manager. They need someone they can genuinely trust. We find, vet, and train PAs, match them with clients for fractional or full-time support, and stay involved for the life of the relationship. Think laundry done, the fridge restocked, the house reset, and one less thing on the list.
About This Role
We are growing our Friday PA Network across the Denver metro area, including central Denver, Cherry Creek, Washington Park, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and surrounding communities. Our clients are mostly executives, physicians, and busy professionals and families who want reliable, recurring help keeping their homes and lives running.
Most roles start at 3 to 10 hours per week with a single household and grow as trust builds. Many of our PAs work with more than one client to build the schedule they want.

How It Works
- Apply and interview with Friday. If you’re a great fit, we run a background check and add you to the Friday PA Network.
- Get matched. When a Denver-area client fits your availability, location, and skills, we’ll reach out. If the client sounds right to you, we share your profile with them.
- Interview with the client. If it’s a mutual fit, the client hires you directly as their household employee.
- Get started. You’ll receive an offer letter and be set up on a professional household payroll service, so taxes are withheld and you’re paid properly as a W2 employee. Within 48 hours, you’ll connect with your client to set a standing weekly day and time.
Why Friday
- Real W2 employment. Your client is your employer, and payroll runs through a professional household payroll provider. No under-the-table pay and no 1099 guesswork.
- Guaranteed minimum hours. Every client commits to a weekly minimum, so you’re not left guessing week to week.
- Three-hour minimum per visit. If a client cancels with less than 7 days notice, you’re still paid the session minimum.
- A set, published rate. Friday sets the pay rate for every market, above the local going rate.
- Training and ongoing support. Friday trains every PA and stays involved after you’re placed. You’re never matched and left to figure it out alone.
- The Friday App (launching Q1 2027). Clock in and out, share a task board with your client, message, and get paid, all in one place.
- Flexible, relationship-based work that fits around your life, with clients who genuinely value what you bring to their home.
