This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal / Legal Assistant specializing in litigation (defense) at our Rogers, AR office. The Paralegal / Legal Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing communication with clients and other parties, and assisting attorneys in trial preparations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining case files, organizing evidence, and scheduling client meetings and court dates.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Excellent Communication skills for client and attorney interactions
- Proficient in Research and Document Review
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a legal setting
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with litigation processes and defense strategies
- Ability to work on-site in Rogers, AR
