We are seeking a motivated and dependable Asphalt Laborer to join our dynamic asphalt maintenance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting asphalt maintenance projects by assisting with various labor-intensive tasks on residential and commercial sites. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up barriers, signage, and safety equipment
- Support asphalt paving activities by spreading and leveling asphalt, applying sealer and crack filler using appropriate tools and machinery
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials using dump trucks and other heavy machinery
- Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
