The Role
We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and quality-driven Gutter & Insulation Installer to join our team. This position combines gutter installation with insulation and spray foam work, allowing for consistent, year-round employment as the seasons change. What You'll Do
- Install seamless gutter systems, downspouts, and gutter protection products
- Ensure proper pitch, drainage, and secure installation of gutter systems
- Install insulation, including cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam applications
- Perform air sealing, caulking, and ventilation improvements
- Load, operate, and maintain insulation equipment and service vehicles
- Safely operate box trucks and construction equipment
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and at heights
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience in gutter installation, insulation, spray foam, or general exterior construction preferred
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple installation specialties
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces and at heights
- Valid driver's license
- Leadership experience is a plus
