Architect – Residential Design & Remodeling

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential design projects from concept through construction drawings
- Create accurate existing and proposed plans using Chief Architect
- Develop design options that balance creativity, functionality, and budget
- Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
- Review and approve drawings for accuracy and buildability
- Collaborate with Remodel Consultants, production teams, and clients
- Assist with permitting and ensure plans meet code requirements
- Participate in project walkthroughs and help drive next steps
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential design, architecture, or drafting
- Strong understanding of residential construction and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communicator and team player
Preferred
- Remodeling or design-build experience
- Experience with permits and local municipalities
- 3D rendering experience
- Proficiency in Chief Architect
