We are seeking an assistant project manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of industrial project in Hopedale. This is a contract role with the opportunity to become a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement projects
- Direct and lead the work of external and internal staff
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Serve as a liaison between the Company and client
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Smartsheets, and Outlook Mail and Calendar
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Concise and direct writing style required
- Leadership qualities with ability of holding others accountable
- Project management and/or construction experience preferred
**Salary will be commensurate on experience**
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
