Responsibilities
**Shipping & Logistics
**
Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments
Ensure all items are labeled correctly and compliant with company and carrier requirements
Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to support timely deliveries
**Documentation & Data Entry
**
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date shipping records(packing lists, bills of lading, delivery receipts, etc.)
Enter data into our warehouse management and tracking systems
Use Excel and Outlook daily for logs, communication, and scheduling tasks
**Cross-Team Coordination
**
Work closely with Operations, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues
Communicate shipment status, delays, or documentation needs
Assist with scheduling pickups and managing shipping timelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
**2 years
** of experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or related fields (preferred)
Strong data entry abilities and familiarity with Excel and Outlook
Working knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory practices, and warehouse operations
Experience with warehouse management systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
