Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stamping Engineer located in Cleveland, GA. The Stamping Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving processes, using appropriate tools and methodologies, as computer-aided design (CAD) tools, and conducting data driven research and development activities. Responsibilities also include managing multiple concurrently projects, improving production techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of stamping process and die design or equivalent experience required.
- Solid experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software, with GD&T (ASME 14.5 – 1982).
- Ability to manage projects effectively and drive them to completion.
- Lean, Six Sigma and Red-X certification is desired.
- Work with an innovative and data driven approach for problem-solving.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in stamping or similar manufacturing processes is a plus.
