You support our team as

Production Supervisor - 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve safety, quality, and output targets
• Execute and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards
• Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing policies and proactively addressing risks
• Quickly resolve operational issues, including equipment or workflow disruptions, to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations
• Train and develop employees, supporting onboarding and ongoing skill growth
• Communicate shift performance, challenges, and priorities through effective shift handoffs and reporting
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
