Inside Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Together with Marketing & Communications coordinate activities to support the outside sales force at exhibitions and events.
- Interface with the customer and prepare the necessary internal forms for new account setup.
- Act as the Customer Relationship Management system key user.
- In support of outside sales force, initiate new opportunities and quotations in the Customer Relationship Management.
- Send quotations to customers if directed and follow up on offers.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Project management and/or Value-added sales experience a plus
- A minimum of three years of work experience in a business environment
- Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
