You support our team as

Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Together with Marketing & Communications coordinate activities to support the outside sales force at exhibitions and events.
  • Interface with the customer and prepare the necessary internal forms for new account setup.
  • Act as the Customer Relationship Management system key user.
  • In support of outside sales force, initiate new opportunities and quotations in the Customer Relationship Management.
  • Send quotations to customers if directed and follow up on offers.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Project management and/or Value-added sales experience a plus
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in a business environment
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
