Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for generating maximum finance, insurance, and fee income for the dealership via internal and external commercial equipment sales and referrals

A Day in The Life May Include

• Market finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers through established lender relationships.
• Partner closely with the equipment sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Evaluate customer risk using credit reports and financial statements.
• Ensure all vehicle sale and lease paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting finance and vehicle transactions.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in lending or finance with a proven record of success.
• Strong financial and numerical skills to evaluate credit and structure deals.
• Ability to assess customer risk and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible to work beyond standard hours; valid Driver’s and Occupational License (within 60 days of hire).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
