In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operations and activities of your assigned staff and apartment complexes to maximize their performance. In this critical role, you will also partner with the Maintenance & Construction Project Manager to ensure work orders and project deadlines are met and residents are being served in a timely and effective manner.
Key elements of this position include the evaluation of staff performance, providing consistent and regular coaching, training and support. This position also involves monitoring the waitlist process and managing annual budgets and financials for multi-family rental housing as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position will have any combination of education and experience that would provide the equivalent of five years of property management, real estate, affordable housing, or other related management experience, with two years in a supervisory capacity and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field This position also requires possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver’s License.
