Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of patient care services across multiple settings, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices and patient monitoring.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care quality while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Conduct regular reviews of medical records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with medical standards.
- Monitor budgets related to patient care services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead case management efforts, coordinating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide training and support for staff on EMR systems, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge.

Qualifications
