What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Day Staff - Usher position at Fresno Grizzlies?
Description
Description of Duties:
- Assist all fans with locating their respective seating location within the ballpark.
- Assist fans by answering questions about the facility and team.
- Ushers will also assist in keeping Chukchansi Park a clean environment.
- Work with the management staff to resolve any situation which requires attention.
- Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time.
- Take ownership of you assigned section/area.
- Assist with crowd control.
- Help enforce Fan Code of Conduct for all fans within the stadium.
Requirements
Working Conditions:
- Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.
- Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lb. as needed.
- Must be prepared to work early mornings, long days and late nights.
- Employee must have and email address and the ability to regularly access it.
- Employee must be punctual.
- Employee must follow all company standards and policies.
- Employee will be required to work outdoors in warm weather
