What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Clerk position at Fresno Equipment Company?
Purpose:
Performs various entry and reconciliation entries for our Parts Dept. according to Dealership policy. Assists with reception and other misc. duties within the admin side of the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Records routine or recurring parts entries.
- Makes necessary corrections and/or adjustments to receive accurate report information.
- Performs basic vendor parts account checks.
- Communicates with others in the organization to answer accounting questions or resolve issues.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- 1 years in an administrative assistant position is preferred.
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
