We are looking for a cleaning team to take care of a 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom vacation rental/cottage (Airbnb/VRBO) in Bay City, Michigan.
We are looking for 1 efficient, meticulous person or ideally a care-taking couple/team who is:
1. Able to deep clean meticulously and quickly, as you need to in an upscale hotel environment.
2. Detail-oriented. The home must be organized and prepped for each incoming guest. Perfection is key.
3. Trust-worthy: You are in someone's home.
4. Flexible at times with their work hours, yet are able to adhere to a schedule (normally a 5-6 hour block of time, between 10am-4pm)
5. Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must)
The position requires cleaning a 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home, at the level you would find in an upscale hotel.
Minor repairs (or at least noting/reporting them) may also be required.
The $200 cleaning rate includes washing the linens and towels at the home.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $150.00 per day
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
Schedule:

- Holidays
- On call
- Weekends as needed
